The Health-based Education for Alcohol, Relationships, and Technology (HEART) Laboratory is an applied social psychological research laboratory. Our Lab’s mission is to conduct cutting-edge research using experimental, dyadic, and longitudinal designs to test theoretically-driven hypotheses that will ultimately design, develop, and evaluate empirically-based interventions to help individuals and couples struggling with various stressors (e.g., addictive behaviors, romantic conflict).
